This site is a tribute to Mavis. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
Mavis Constance Cook was born on the 3rd May 1935 in Islington, London. She married Albert Cook and had two children, Stephen & Susan. She was a beloved grandmother to Abigail, Alexandra, Katie, Stuart, Darren and James and a great grandmother to Lola. She will be missed by all, and always remembered.

Candles
Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. On behalf of everyone at the Alzheimer’s Society, thank you for choosing to support us.
The anniversary of a loved one's passing can often be particularly difficult, and we hope that your Tribute can provide you with some support and comfort at this time.
The donations received have gone a long way towards helping us to be a source of support and a listening ear for people living with dementia and their families, making sure that nobody goes through this alone.
